Card Plus 2 Key Tags – Custom Webbing

Our custom card plus two key tags with custom webbing combines a full-size plastic card and two detachable key tags in a single integrated design. Unlike standard card and key tag combinations, this configuration allows the surrounding webbing and overall layout to be customized for your specific application. Ideal for membership programs, gyms, fitness centers, retail loyalty programs, clubs, and promotional campaigns.

Full-color, double-sided printing is included. We use a four-color CMYK process and modern printing equipment to reproduce logos, graphics, text, and brand colors with sharp detail and consistent results. The card, key tags, and available webbing area can be incorporated into a coordinated design.

Add variable numbering, QR codes, or virtually any barcode symbology for membership identification, customer rewards, check-in, or other scanning applications. Matching identification numbers and barcodes can be printed across all three pieces, allowing each to connect to the same customer account.

The card and two key tags are produced together with custom webbing surrounding the detachable pieces. This additional material helps keep the assembly intact during mailing, distribution, and handling while allowing the card and key tags to be separated when needed. The finished layout, dimensions, and perforation placement can be customized to accommodate your design. A custom die fee may apply depending on the configuration.

Each card and key tag is produced from durable 30-mil Teslin, similar in thickness to a standard credit card. Spot gloss is available to highlight selected areas of the design, such as a logo, graphic, or other branding element, while standard glossy printing provides a smooth, professional appearance.
