Card Plus 2 Key Tags – Vertical

Our custom card plus two key tags in a vertical format combines a full-size plastic card with two detachable key tags in one convenient design. Often referred to as a Family Pack, this configuration allows multiple family members to carry separate identification while sharing the same membership or customer account. Ideal for gyms, fitness centers, clubs, membership organizations, and customer loyalty programs.

Full-color, double-sided printing is included. We use a four-color CMYK process and modern printing equipment to reproduce logos, graphics, text, and brand colors with sharp detail and consistent results. The card and two key tags can feature coordinated artwork or different designs and messages.

Add variable numbering, QR codes, or virtually any barcode symbology for membership identification, customer rewards, check-in, or other scanning applications. Matching numbers and barcodes can be printed across all three pieces, allowing each to connect to the same customer account.

The card and two key tags are produced together with protective webbing surrounding the perforated pieces. This additional material helps keep all three pieces connected during mailing and handling until they are ready to be separated. The overall configuration measures 4-3/4" x 4" and is produced at 30-mil thickness, similar to a standard credit card. A standard glossy printing provides a smooth, professional appearance.
