Card Plus 2 Key Tags – Horizontal

Our custom card plus two key tags combines a full-size plastic card with two detachable key tags in one convenient format. Often called a Family Pack, this configuration allows multiple family members to share the same membership or customer account while carrying their own identification. The horizontal layout is ideal for gyms, fitness centers, membership organizations, retail loyalty programs, clubs, and customer rewards programs.

Full-color, double-sided printing is included. We use a four-color CMYK process and modern printing equipment to reproduce logos, graphics, text, and brand colors with sharp detail and consistent results. The card and two key tags can feature matching artwork or different designs, messages, and functions.

Add variable numbering, QR codes, or virtually any barcode symbology for membership identification, customer rewards, check-in, or other scanning applications. Matching identification numbers or barcodes can be printed across all three pieces, allowing each to connect to the same customer account.

The card and two key tags are produced together as one connected piece, with perforated separation points that allow the key tags to be detached when needed. The overall configuration measures 5-5/8" x 2-1/8" and is produced at 30-mil thickness, similar to a standard credit card. A writable matte back is available when information needs to be added with a ballpoint pen, while standard glossy printing provides a smooth, professional appearance.
