This heavy-duty handheld punch produces custom shapes up to 1" in size using cutting dies manufactured from customer-supplied artwork. Designed for paper, cardstock, film, Mylar, and flexible plastics such as clamshell packaging, it creates precise openings for cards, tags, tickets, and specialty applications.

The spring-loaded handle provides easy manual operation, while the 1.5" reach allows accurate positioning from the material edge. Custom shapes, logos, and outlines can be manufactured to precise dimensions, including increments of 1/32" or 1/64", subject to design feasibility.
