Custom Die Punch, 1.5" Reach – Min. Order: 12

This custom handheld hole punch produces unique shapes for loyalty cards, membership cards, tickets, tags, and specialty identification products. Custom cutting dies are manufactured to create a distinctive punched outline, making it suitable for businesses and organizations requiring personalized designs.

Constructed with a hardened steel punching die and nickel-plated finish, the punch features spring-action handles and an open-front design for improved visibility. It cuts paper, cardstock, film, and thin plastic, including PVC cards up to 24 mil thick.

Custom shapes are created from customer-supplied artwork or drawings. Designs must have a continuous outer contour, as enclosed details and shapes within shapes cannot be reproduced. Optional accessories include a clipping reservoir and a chain with an S-hook.

While it is possible to make other shapes, please note we cannot make 'shapes within shapes' as the hole punch will punch out the contour of the shape and everything inside as well.
