Wood RFID Key Fobs with Engraved Logo

Wooden RFID key fobs provide hotels, resorts, boutique inns, and other hospitality properties with an attractive, natural alternative to traditional plastic hotel key cards. Each fob contains an embedded MIFARE Classic 1K RFID chip and antenna that communicate wirelessly with compatible electronic hotel door locking systems. These key fobs are normally supplied blank (unencoded) and are programmed by the hotel using its compatible RFID encoder and hotel door-lock management system. The hotel assigns each fob to a guest room and establishes the authorized access period.

Some hotel locking systems require special pre-encoding. Please confirm compatibility with your hotel's locking system before ordering.

Hotel Lock System Compatibility

We manufacture custom-engraved wooden RFID key fobs for compatible locking systems from manufacturers such as ASSA ABLOY, Saflok, Onity, SALTO, and Ilco. Please identify your hotel's lock manufacturer and system when requesting a quote. If you are unsure which RFID format your property requires, send us a photograph of your previous key fob packaging or provide a sample for evaluation.

Custom Engraving on Both Sides

Your hotel's logo, property name, text, and other branding elements can be engraved directly onto the wooden surface, creating a distinctive and professional appearance. Custom engraving is available on both sides of the key fob, providing additional space for guest information, promotional messages, or hotel branding.
