Electric Pneumatic Packaging Punch – Sombrero & Delta Dies

This heavy-duty electric pneumatic punch is designed for creating hang holes and specialty cutouts in retail packaging, header cards, display cards, and printed materials. The machine includes two interchangeable cutting dies: a 1" wide Sombrero (peghole) shape and a Delta (rounded triangle) shape, both commonly used for hanging retail merchandise.

Its compact tabletop design provides a practical solution for commercial printers, packaging manufacturers, and production facilities. Interchangeable dies allow operators to switch between cutting shapes, while optional custom dies can produce specialized holes, slots, contours, and cutouts in paper, cardstock, thin plastic, foam, leather, and other compatible materials.

The machine uses electrically controlled pneumatic operation and requires an external air compressor supplying 80–120 PSI. An optional foot pedal enables hands-free activation, and an optional pressure regulator with gauge provides additional air-pressure control.
