This compact tabletop machine includes a standard 1/8" tall x 9/16" wide slot die for attaching badge clips, straps, and lanyards. It accommodates 10–30 mil plastic cards, with adjustable side and back alignment guides for accurate slot placement.

The machine operates using electrical power and compressed air, requiring an air compressor supplying 80–120 PSI. A foot pedal switch allows hands-free activation, leaving both hands available to position and handle cards during production.

Built for industrial use, the machine features heavy-duty construction and interchangeable steel-rule dies. Additional standard and custom dies are available for punching hang holes, rounded corners, and specialized shapes in compatible materials.
