Pro-Shop: Sell unlimited items and track inventory for your Pro-shop. Scan a manufacturer's bar code or print your own labels. Alerts and reorder sheets helps your business to keep items in stock. Add an electronic cash drawer and receipt printer (optional). RacquetSOFT® keeps track of amounts stored on Gift Cards for use at your club. You can also track Loyalty Points and reward your members with earned discounts as they spend more.
Accounts: Create family or corporate accounts, and pro-rate memberships. Issue a Club Card (Gift Card) where member can have funds on their account, or leave a balance on account for monthly billing. Use recurring monthly billing with any billing service or join ours for .12 cents per transaction. Multiple payment plans can be set up independently in one account for season courts, clinics, and lesson packages with countdown. Print receipts and email invoices and billing statements (option). See past due alerts, and apply late fees automatically. View open invoices, account history and summarize upcoming payments and balances for Accounts Receivables.
