Product Description
The specially crafted Notch Punch is made without any reach. The slit begins at the edge of the material and goes into the material 1/4".
The purpose is to create either a mark for identification, or more often to create the start of a tear, to make it easier for the end user to tear open the material, which is often a thin plastic packaging material.
