Custom steel mallet punches are manufactured to your specific size, shape, and cutting requirements. These heavy-duty, hand-operated arch punches are ideal for leather fabrication, rubber cutting, gasket manufacturing, industrial production, and specialty applications where standard punches are not suitable.

Each punch features tempered tool steel construction with a hardened cutting edge for clean, consistent cuts and long service life. The polished steel barrel features an internal taper that helps punched material move through and clear the punch during operation. One-piece forged construction is available on applicable sizes.

Custom Sizes and Shapes

Punches can be manufactured in round sizes or custom shapes and dimensions to meet your application. They are operated using a wooden mallet or rawhide hammer, requiring no electricity or compressed air.
