Hotel Key Cards with Magnetic Stripe – Custom Printed

Magnetic stripe hotel key cards provide hotels, motels, resorts, and other hospitality properties with a convenient, economical solution for electronic guest room access. Each card features a magnetic stripe that is read by compatible hotel door locking systems when the guest inserts or swipes the card.

Cards can be supplied with an unencoded magnetic stripe or pre-encoded with sequential numbers, depending on your requirements. Please provide the desired starting number when requesting pre-encoding.

Hotels may also need to program the cards using their own compatible card encoder and door-lock management system to assign guest rooms and authorized access periods.

Please confirm your hotel's magnetic stripe encoding requirements and locking system compatibility before ordering.

Card Specifications

Each card measures 2-1/8" x 3-3/8", approximately the size and thickness of a standard credit card (30 mil), with a glossy finish.

For hotel door locks that require cards to be inserted in a particular direction, we recommend printing an arrow on the card to guide guests in positioning it correctly.

Hotel Lock System Compatibility

We manufacture custom-printed magnetic stripe hotel key cards for use with compatible electronic hotel locking systems.

Please identify your hotel's lock manufacturer, model, and encoding requirements when requesting a quote. If you are unsure which magnetic stripe format your property requires, send us a photograph of your previous card packaging or provide a sample card for evaluation.

We also manufacture custom-printed RFID and smart chip hotel key cards for other compatible locking systems.

Custom Full-Color Printing

We use four-color CMYK process printing to reproduce your hotel's logo, artwork, photographs, and branding with clear detail and vibrant colors.

Black text printing on the reverse side is included at no additional charge, providing space for guest instructions, contact information, hotel amenities, or promotional messages. Full-color printing on the reverse side is also available as an option.

Free Graphic Design Setup and Digital Proofs

Graphic design setup is included at no additional charge. Digital artwork proofs are provided by email in PDF format for your review and approval before production.
