Hotel Key Card "Sleeves" for Presentation

Custom printed hotel key card sleeves provide hotels, resorts, motels, and other hospitality properties with an attractive, economical way to present guest room key cards. Each sleeve can be personalized with your hotel's logo, colors, artwork, and guest information, creating a professional presentation that reinforces your property's branding.

These lightweight card sleeves also help protect hotel key cards from scratches, dirt, and everyday handling while keeping them conveniently accessible to guests.

Sleeve Specifications

Manufactured from 14 lb card stock, these sleeves are designed to hold standard hotel key cards, including compatible RFID, magnetic stripe, and smart chip cards. The open-end design features double thumb cuts, allowing guests to easily insert and remove their cards while keeping them protected during their stay. The card stock helps reduce surface wear and abrasion, particularly on magnetic stripe cards.

Custom Printing and Branding

Your hotel's logo, property name, colors, and other branding elements can be printed directly onto the sleeves for a distinctive, professional appearance.

Custom printing can also include:

• Hotel contact information

• Room numbers and guest instructions

• Wi-Fi information

• Check-in and checkout details

• Hotel amenities and services

• Restaurant and local business advertising

• Promotional messages

These sleeves can also be used to present gift cards, membership cards, security cards, credit-card-size identification cards, and business cards.
