Our Custom Die Production service provides contract die cutting for businesses requiring large quantities of accurately punched components. With a minimum production order of 100,000 pieces, this service is designed for manufacturers, converters, and commercial operations that need consistent cutting without purchasing and operating their own industrial punching equipment.

You supply the material, and we manufacture custom cutting dies to produce the required shapes, holes, slots, or component outlines. We can accommodate a variety of compatible materials, including paper, cardstock, plastic, rubber, leather, and other sheet materials, depending on thickness and cutting requirements.

Custom Dies and Production
Custom cutting dies are manufactured to your specifications for accurate, repeatable production. Dies can be designed for standard or unusual shapes, multiple openings, and specialized fabrication requirements. The customer retains ownership of the custom die for potential future production orders.

Sample Approval Before Production
Before beginning the full production run, we provide a sample of the punched material for your review and approval. Once approved, we complete the production order and return the finished, punched components.
