Inn Room Key Tags for Metal Keys – with Matte Backs

Our custom inn room key tags provide a professional way to identify traditional metal room keys while reinforcing your property's branding. Designed for hospitality use, each tag can feature your inn or hotel logo, room number, property name, contact information, return instructions, or other guest information.

Full-color, double-sided printing is included. We use a four-color CMYK process and modern printing equipment to reproduce logos, graphics, text, and brand colors with sharp detail and consistent results.

Customize each tag with individual room numbers, variable information, QR codes, or barcodes as needed. QR codes can provide guests with convenient access to property information, Wi-Fi instructions, amenities, local guides, or other online resources.

A matte back can be provided when staff or guests need to write information on the tag with a ballpoint pen. Spot gloss is also available to highlight a logo or selected design elements, while standard glossy printing provides a smooth, professional appearance.

Digital proofs are included at no charge for your approval before production. Email your logo, text, and design instructions to artwork@onlineriver.com, or call 203-801-5900 for assistance and a custom quote.
