High Capacity Revolving Door - 3 or 4 Wings

The Tournex is an example of a classic revolving door. It has many of the same advantages and the same versatility as the Tourniket, but can handle higher capacity applications such as healthcare facilities, universities and airport terminals. Like the Tourniket the Tournex is available with three or four door wings and in a variety of different finishes and colours. And with its proven technology, the Tournex is often used as the basis for stunning special design projects.

The Tournex can optionally be equipped with a showcase with either straight or concave panels in the center of the revolving door. Large automatic entrances like the Tournex often function as a moment of rest between the busy public space outside and the more private atmosphere inside a building. A showcase like the one on the Tournex allows you to use that moment to ease the visitor into your branding and philosophy or use it as a marketing space, putting consumers in the right mind set.

Available in large diameters with spacious segments, the Tournex is an ideal entry solution for applications with large traffic flow. This automatic revolving door is available with three or four door wings and can optionally be equipped with a showcase around the centre column that can be used as advertising space

An approved burglary resistance package is available including burglary resistant laminated glass, along with special locking and reinforced profiles. 

If equipped with a collapsible door set, the Tournex can be installed in an emergency exit. In case of a power failure or fire alarm the door set will unlock automatically and the door wings can be collapsed together to reate an open passage way. Alternatively the Tournex can be unlocked by pushing the emergency open button in the door. (Escape route requirements are subject to local regulations).
