Custom Shaped Key Tags – Design Your Own Shape

Create a custom shaped key tag designed specifically for your business, organization, or promotional program. Instead of selecting a standard shape, you can provide your own design or dieline to create a key tag with a unique outline. From company logos and product silhouettes to creative shapes and original artwork, your design becomes a distinctive promotional item that customers can carry every day.

Full-color, double-sided printing is included. We use a four-color CMYK process and modern printing equipment to reproduce logos, graphics, text, and brand colors with sharp detail and consistent results.

Add variable numbering, QR codes, or virtually any barcode symbology for membership identification, customer loyalty programs, promotions, or other scanning applications. Individual tags can be printed with unique numbers or codes using your supplied data.

A custom dieline defines the outside shape, finished dimensions, and key-ring hole placement. You can supply your own dieline or work with us to develop one from your artwork. A one-time custom die fee applies, based on the size and complexity of the design. Final dimensions and production requirements are reviewed before approval.

A writable matte back can be provided when information needs to be added with a ballpoint pen. Spot gloss is also available to highlight selected design elements, while standard glossy printing provides a smooth, professional appearance.
