Card Plus 1 Key Tag with QR Code

Our custom card plus one key tag with QR code combines a full-size plastic card with a detachable key tag, providing two convenient ways to access membership information and digital services. The matching key tag attaches to a key ring, while the full-size card fits comfortably in a wallet. Ideal for gyms, fitness centers, membership organizations, retail loyalty programs, clubs, and customer rewards programs.

Full-color, double-sided printing is included. We use a four-color CMYK process and modern printing equipment to reproduce logos, graphics, text, and brand colors with sharp detail and consistent results. Both the card and key tag can feature coordinated artwork, membership information, and promotional messaging.

QR codes can connect customers directly to websites, membership accounts, digital loyalty programs, online registration, special offers, or other digital resources. Add variable numbering or virtually any barcode symbology for identification, check-in, or scanning applications. Matching numbers and codes can be printed on both pieces using your supplied data.

The card and key tag are produced together as one connected piece, with a perforated separation point that allows the key tag to be detached when needed. Each is produced from durable 30-mil Teslin, similar in thickness to a standard credit card. Spot gloss is available to highlight selected areas of the design, such as a logo, graphic, or other branding element, while standard glossy printing provides a smooth, professional appearance.

Digital proofs are included at no charge for your approval before production. Email your logo, text, and design instructions to artwork@onlineriver.com, or call 203-801-5900 for assistance and a custom quote.
