Card + Key Tag, Card Stock Backer

This style is a Card plus Key Tag with a Card Stock Backer - Application.  It can also be a single Card or Key Tag with Card Stock Backer. Typically the business owner will ask the customer to fill out fields with contact information for their loyalty VIP program.

The customer then returns the completed form to the business owner (with a matching bar code number or ID for data entry). The card and/or key tag can easily be removed and given to the customer, affixed by a 'rubber-cement' glue.

The Card plus Key Tag can have logos with text on front as well as the backs. They are as thick as a credit card and glossy to the touch.  The card stock backer is usually a 60 lb. cover stock, with glossy fronts and matte back.
