Insurance and Pharmacy Cards

This style of card is Insurance or Pharmacy Card which is a common use of plastic cards.  Identification of membership with specific and multiple definitions of benefits and variable data and numbering included.

Display the card to demonstrate membership, with or without a ID number or bar code on the reverse side, and with or without a member name, expiration date.  Any bar code symbology included.

Today, most membership organizations have software to track memberships with member name, expiration date, and renewal dates, so a card with a unique ID number is what is needed.

Cards can have logos, and text on front as well as the backs. Our cards are as thick as a credit card and glossy to the touch. We can also make a writable card with a matte finish.

We use 30 Mil Teslin, or 30 Mil PVC on a regular basis, and can also make thinner cards, usually 24 Mil if needed. And we can make cards in PET and biodegradable material….just ask!

If you would like us to print the fronts only, we can also provide your own desktop card printer where you can customize the backs with membership name, expiration and any other personal information on demand.
