Electronic Storage Cabinet - Custom Design

Everything we build can be customized to fit your needs. Electronic storage cabinets are used for unattended storage and pickup of keys or room keys, and other items, during or after business hours. 

Industries using this key cabinet include the hospitality and lodging, vehicle fleet and motor pool, machinery management, storage facility management, casinos and property management businesses to name a few.

The administrator can authorize availability of a hotel key card (metal key or any item) with their own front desk software and encoder.  The electronic key cabinet is compatible with any access control system. Admins can email or text the customer (using a PC and/or cellphone) a single PIN Code or 2-Pin Security Code and let the customer know the specific date and time they can pickup the key or key card for example.

When the guest or employee enters that PIN numbers or other credential, the compartment automatically opens.  The user can also use the same login to drop off the keys at the end of their stay.

With this key management system, administrators can know for certain which objects are accessed, when they’re accessed, and by whom with an audit trail.

Access reports in real time onsite, or remotely via your PC or cell phone.
