While it is recommended that a company has a local IT person who knows the program, there are times when you would like someone to call to help train a new employee for example. Included in all software purchases is our Free Email Support. Just email support@onlineriversoftware.com.
However, if your company would like the Annual Support Package, it comes with up to 250 Phone Support Minutes. Also, you have an Upgrade Protections Guarantee. Should we release a new version during the 12 month period of your Support Package, it is a free upgrade for you.
Extra Bonus: should you need to purchase additional Phone Support Packages during the 12 months of your Annual Support Package, receive a 20% Discount.
